A nice Scott bamboo fly rod, 6'5", 2-piece, 2-tip, and built for a #3 line. Serial #1075. This rod was built around 2010 by Bernard Ramanauskus. It weighs 2.6 ounces. Mint unused condition. The action is semi full flexing but is still quick. Varnished honey colored cane done in a three up node spacing. The main wraps are clear with a tiny band of red in the center, and light brown at the ferrules. The truncated swiss ferrules are oxidized black. Agate stripper and the snakes are black nickel. The grip is 5 1/2" and shaped to a slightly tapered cylinder at the front with a composite cork at the very front. The cap and ring seat rest on a flatted and stabilized redwood burl. There is no die stamp on the oxidized hardware. The rod packs into a tab cloth bag with a leather pull tab, and a large frost coated aluminum tube with the Scott logo on it.
