For sale here we have a Big Game Series Abel No. 4.5 fly reel. The reel is in excellent overall condition with only minor wear. Made in USA. The drag is smooth and strong. Left hand retrieve. Standard arbor. Abel reels are known for their quality and craftsmanship. The reels are the perfect intersection of classic reel design with modern innovations. Reel weighs 12.4 oz. without line. Diameter 4.45". Original black Abel reelpouch included.

Capacity: 495 yards of 30# backing with a 12-weight line, 440 yards of 30# backing with a 13-weight line. You can double those capacities using Spectra.
