A very rare Ari t Hart Sage Aras fly reel, measuring 2.91" in diameter and set up for RHW. Ari was commissioned by Sage in the mid 80's to make this reel to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the company. Ari made 100 of the Sage Aras reels and this is number 57. Near mint condition. There are a few very tiny cosmetic marks here are there but the reel is exceptionally clean overall. It couldn't have been fished more than a few times. Anodized with a light gray-copper color throughout with the serial number and Ari's signature logo engraved in red on the stem. Designed to hold lines from #5 to #7 with up to 90 yards of 20# backing. Catalog weight of 5.8 ounces. There is a "Made in Holland" sticker affixed to the underside of the foot. The reel packs into a suede fleece-lined Sage zip pouch. A nice chance to pick up a very rare Ari Hart reel and a must for Sage fans!
