A great Leonard model 60 Miramichi salmon rod, an 8' 2-piece, 2-tip model built for a #7 line. Serial #2301. This rod looks to have had very light use, mostly evidenced by slight wear at the ferrule wraps. Red wraps, chrome tip tops and guides, two carbide strippers. There is some slight discoloration on the female ferrule. Keeper 1 flat right. Western-style grip with a butternut reel seat spacer. Hardware is an uplocking screw lock with "H.L.L, H.L. Leonard Rod Co, Makers" stamped in the cartouche. 2" fixed fighting butt. Original bag and tube with data sticker. A great salmon rod here for the Miramichi or any other Canadian river for that matter!
