A Bernard Ramanauskas fly rod built for Scott, a model SC754, 7'5", 2-piece, 2-tip, built for a #4 line. Serial #0126. Rod appears to be mint, unfished. Medium, full flexing action. Light wheat straw cane done built with a three up node pattern construction. "Scott" inked in a flowing script on the butt shaft along with "7'5" 4 line" and two flats from there is Bernard's signature with the model number "SC754" and the serial number "#0126". Above the lettering is a spiral set of spaced signature wraps done in red. Excellent varnish overall. Clear wraps with a solitary black thread at the center of each wrap. Modern, relatively flat tapered profile grip with a slight curve at the rearmost cork and a half-cork of composite at the uppermost ring. Front and rear black matte cork checks. The spacer is a highly figured stabilized wood, and the cap and ring are oxidized black. Oxidized truncated swiss-style ferrules. The rod is nice and straight and the ferrule fits are good. There is a very tiny nick in the varnish about 6" up from the grip, likely from handling at some point. Comes in a heavy gray bag with stiffener and black trim and a gray Scott tube with bright aluminum fittings and Scott sticker.
