For sale here is a 3 3/4" adjustable check fly reel made by Dingley and stamped Walker Bampton. There is no D stamp but all characteristics point to Dingley made. This reel is in excellent condition with a very strong drag. No cracks, dings or chips. Handle is nicely crazed and spins freely. Foot is full length and not filed. Gear teeth and pawl still super sharp. Reel weighs 10 3/4 oz. Reel foot is 3 1/2" long. Slight spool/spindle end play like most latched reels from Hardy or Dingley. Reel sports a nice aftermarket red agate line guard that is un-cracked and has what appears to be a very small repair where the line guard is secured to the reel frame.
