For sale here is a Westley Richards "Rolo" reel made by Walter Dingley. 4" diameter with a 1 3/8" pillar width. Weight is 12 1/4 oz. In fantastic original condition. Everything works well and as intended. Nice uniform exterior finish. See here for a nice article on this reel. The foot has not been filed.
