For sale here is a like new example of Hardy's "hollow built" split cane trout rod - the Hollokona Hollolight. Both rod and bag are completely original and in excellent order. Tyings of gold silk with black tips. Gold anodised sliding ring and 'W' fitting with wooden ferrule plugs. Number H70774 made in 1966. There is a slight amount of bluing loss on the female ferrules, but otherwise this rods does not show use. The rod weighs 5 1/4 oz and the ferrules are size 13/64 and 19/64. Powerful medium action rod.
