For sale here is a Hardy Palakona bamboo fly rod made in March 1972. 6'8" 2/1 for a 5 weight line. Serial # C/O. Weighs 3 oz. Size 13/64 ferrules with a nice fit. Medium fast action. The rod is in excellent+ original condition. The rod comes with its original Hardy two-compartment rod bag with ties and a Hardy labeled plastic rod tube which may be from a later vintage.

There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items.
