For sale here is a Hardy "Riccardi" Palakona bamboo rod - staggered ferrule construction. Seven feet, two sections with one tip. The rod is completely original and in excellent condition. Both sections are full-length and straight. Striking yellow silks with black tips. Aluminum cap and slide band over an all-cork reel seat. Serial number K/J which dates the rod to October 1968. The rod weighs 3 1/2 oz. Fast action rod made for casting in slightly tight quarters and fighting/landing big fish!
