A nice Hardy St. Aidan fly reel with two spare spools, 3 3/4" diameter and set up for LHW (though convertible). 7/8" spool width, designed to hold #7-9 lines and backing. Good used condition with minor exterior wear marks on the rim edges and in a few other places. The reel has a nice smooth click and the spool is tight. Two screw latch. Reversible two-screw nickel silver line guard. Smooth alloy foot. The reel packs into the original Hardy vinyl case and one of the two spare spools packs into the original Hardy box.

There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt.
