A nice Leonard "Tournament" fly rod, 8' 3-piece, 2-tip, built for a #5 line and weighing 3 7/8 ounces. A medium-fast action. Blonde cane, with excellent varnish throughout. Light tan wraps, with darker brown edges on the keeper and male ferrule wraps. Slim cigar grip in excellent shape, nice and clean. Butternut spacer with cap and ring reel seat hardware. Reel seat cap has faint Leonard cartouche stamped into it with "Reg. U.S. Pat. Off." below and "Tournament" around on the opposite side. All hardware is bright. Ferrules fit together nicely. Comes in poplin bag with hang tag and aluminum rod tube with brass cap top and bottom. A nice rod here for the Leonard fan to collect or fish.
