Charlton Mako 9500 Fly Reel with Two Spare Spools

A nice Charlton Mako Reel Model 9500 with two 8S spools (one currently loaded on the reel) and one 8/10 spool. 4" diameter and set up for RHW. The reel weighs 11.6 ounces on my scale. Serial number 9500-1140. Excellent lightly used condition with a few small marks on the frame edge and some mounting marks on the foot, but very clean overall. One of the two spare spools has a tiny nick on the edge while the other appears unused. Large arbor design with glossy type III black anodizing throughout. Capacity for an WF8F with 220 yards of 20# dacron on the 8S spools, and a WF10F and 260 yards of 50# gel spun backing on the 810 spool. The reel comes in the original Mako zipper pouch and box with the care pamphlet inside, while the spare spools come in typical green cordura Charlton pouches. A nice package here with some spool versatility for chasing fish in the salt!

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

Other Terms
- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt. Refunds will be either administered by providing a check or, when possible, by canceling a credit card purchase.
