For sale here is a Charlie Jenkins Model GA80 bamboo rod from the bench of Charlie and Steve Jenkins. The rod remains in mint condition. 8 feet, 2/2 format for a 4 or 5 weight. Weighs 4 oz. Stunning dark oxidized nickel silver cap and ring. Chestnut thread wraps. Oxidized nickel silver ferrules. Oxidized guides. Includes replacement two-section cloth bag and the original labeled aluminum tube.The rod has a very pleasant medium action and a progressive taper. A very capable rod, whether dry fly fishing or swinging wets. A wonderful all-around trout rod.
