For sale here is a limited edition rod (#10 of 20 made) made by John Pickard. The rod is a Dickerson 801510 taper (size 10 and 15 ferrules). 8 feet, 3/2 for a 5 weight. Rod is in mint condition. The "PE" written on the rod stands for pre-embargo cane with which Mr. Pickard crafted this rod from. Classic Dickerson cosmetics, nicely executed. I'd say it's on the medium side of medium fast. Lots of reserve power. Comes with original bag and tube. The rod weighs 4 3/8 oz.
