For sale here is a Julius Vom Hofe raised pillar fly reel in excellent original condition. German silver and hard rubber construction. 3 inch diameter, measured pillar to pillar. No cracks in the hard rubber. Crisp, clean click. The unmarked reel foot is full length and unmolested. The on/off click switch works fine. The Philbrook & Paine patent number is stamped clearly on the headplate along with H.L. Leonard.
