A nice Lyle Dickerson model 901812 bamboo fly rod, 9', 3-piece, 2-tip, built for what feels to me like a #6 or #7 line. The rod weighs 5.5 ounces on my scale. Fast action. The original owner's name is inscribed on the rod. Blonde cane done in a three up node pattern. Light brown wraps with black edges. Perfection stripping guide with black snakes. The step ferrules are oxidized with some brassing and chips to the oxidation. The ferrule fits are tight and the rod is straight. The only fault I could find is a 1/2" gouge on the midsection 11" below the female ferrule. I would advise putting a clear wrap on it before fishing. The grip is 6" long and shaped to a medium western profile, which has been lightly sanded. The reel seat is an uplocking aluminum screwlock with an exposed nickel silver pocket cap. The rod comes in a heavy drawstring bag and brass topped tube.
