This Aroner Hunt Pattern Special has a dry fly action and was finished fifteen years ago. It has been in the consigner's summer house in the Catskills and was never uncased, fished, or even lawn cast - this rod is as mint as mint can be! It features green olive main wraps with brown olive intermediates and red edges to the wraps and ferrules. The ferrules are swiss style with a collar at the male ferrules with my usual trim marks and knurl. Brass ferrule plugs. Slim cigar grip. Koa reel seat spacer with a cap and ring - the die stamp on the cap says "Aroner Maker". All hardware oxidized.
