For sale here is a Mario Wojnicki five-sided, hollow-built bamboo rod - 265 cm, or 8'7" 2/2 for a 7wt line. Model number 265 V7. Serial #8507. The rod is in mint condition. Red agate stripping guide. Guides, tip tops, stripping guide and reel seat hardware are all bright. Ferrules are oxidized. Gorgeous wood spacer. Ferrules are short super-Z type. EC Powell-style wells grip. Powerful medium-fast action and a progressive taper casting dry flies to salmon or steelhead. The rod weighs 4 1/2 oz. Comes with original bag and tube. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items.
