Bogdan Model 150 Salmon Reel

A superb Bogdan model 150 salmon reel, set up for RHW. 3 1/2" diameter with a 1 3/8" spool width. The reel has been mounted on a rod one time, according to the original and only owner, but saw no meaningful use. I spotted one miniscule scuff on the frame which is so minor I would have thought it potentially from handling or assembly. The reel is in near mint++ shape. The sideplates are anodized black and the frame, spool, crank, foot, oil port cover, poacher's knob, and Bogdan nameplate are all clear anodized aluminum. The reel has a catalog weight of 12 ounces, and was built to hold a #10 line with 175 yds of #20 backing. 2:1 multiplier retrieve and the vaunted Bogdan drag design. "150" is stamped into the underside of the foot. The reel packs into a gorgeous black leather case made by Olaf Kundrus and has "SE Bogdan Reels / Nashua NH" stamped into the lid. A great model here for smaller two-handed rods, one of the most versatile for salmon and steelhead anglers looking for the ultimate light spey setup.

Shipping Information
- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt. Refunds will be either administered by providing a check or, when possible, by canceling a credit card purchase.
