A Per Brandin model 704-2L quad bamboo fly rod, 7', 2-piece, 2-tips and built for a #4 line. I-91 inked on the butt and tips. The rod weighs 2.6 ounces on my scale. Modest use with the grip clean and some small reel foot impressions on the seat. Light wheatstraw color cane with olive main wraps and a band of tan at the keeper, ferrules, and tip tops. A very light coat of varnish. Carbide ring stripper and black snake guides. The 5 1/2" grip is turned to a blunt cigar. The slide band seat is varnished and the cap and ring are truncated. The seat fits a Hardy, Saracione or small Bogdan nicely. The rod has a very slight downward and righthanded set on both the butt and two tips, though it is minor. The rod packs into an aluminum tube with a brass bottom and collar and an aluminum top. These are very hard to find indeed!

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt.
