For sale here is an 8' 3/2 4 1/2 oz. Orvis Battenkill impregnated bamboo rod. Best with a 6wt line in my opinion. Serial #44887 made in 1966. The consignor purchased the rod as a one-tip rod from Len Codella in 2001. Orvis then made a 2nd tip for the rod. The rod is in excellent plus condition. All sections are full length and straight. Original bag and labeled tube. Ferrules are size 16/64 and 10/64 with an excellent fit. Aluminum down-locking reel seat. Medium action.
