A nice Orvis CFO II Reel in a very hard-to-find 2 9/16" size. Currently set up for LHW but easily convertible. Made in England, with a non-adjustable click/pawl drag. Dark grey anodized spool and frame with a silver foot. Should work nicely with a #3/4/5 line. Comes in a fleece-lined suede zippered pouch.

There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items.
