For sale here is an extremely rare Paul Hermann Sea Trout Model fly reel. Left hand retrieve. The Hermann Sea Trout utilizes the same double brake shoe drag and same multiplying gear setup as do his salmon reels. 3 1/4" diameter and 0.85" inside spool width (vs. 1.25" width on the salmon models). Frame width is 2". Suited for a 7 weight lines and plenty of backing. The rings and other hardware are polished aluminum and the side plates are anodized aluminum in somewhat of a "plum" hue. The reel weighs 11 oz.
