For sale here is a Paul H. Young SPECIAL - 7'6 2/2 4-5wt bamboo rod. Excellent+ condition. Bob Summers re-wrote the script on the rod since the original script by Paul Young had faded due to contact with bug spray. Everything else is absolutely original.

All sections are full length and straight. The rod features very lightly flame tempered cane with bronze colored wraps and blued guides. The half wells grip is in fine condition. Bright aluminum down-locking reel seat with stamped butt cap over a cork spacer. The ferrule fit is excellent (size 13/64). The rod weighs 3.65 oz. Medium side of medium fast action with a progressive taper. Throws a WF5 with ease and finesse. Comes with its original bag and tube.
