For sale here is a Payne Model 98 in excellent plus condition. The rod was restored by George Guba. The rod weighs 3 1/8 oz. 7' 2/2 for a 5 weight line. Cap and ring reel seat over spanish cedar. Red agate stripping guide. All sections are full length and straight, and the ferrule fit is perfect. Complete with original bag, tube, and hang tag.
