For sale here is a bamboo rod made by R.D. (Bob) Taylor - 7'6" 3/2 for a 4 weight line. Another example of why Bob Taylor is still one of the best bamboo rod makers in the world. The rod has a slightly and elegantly swelled butt section. Blonde cane. Cigar grip. Bright nickel silver cap and ring over a very nice butternut insert. Oxidized guides and bright nickel silver ferrules. The transparent silk guide wraps are apricot colored with red tipping. The rod is in near mint condition. Very smooth medium progressive action. The rod weighs 3 5/8 oz. The ferrules are 15/64 and 9/64.
