For sale here is a Glenn Brackett-era Winston bamboo rod - 8 feet, 2/2 for a 5 weight. 3 3/4 oz. Excellent condition. Original bag and leather tube. Slighly soiled grip from honest use. Nice, tight ferrule fit. No structural issues with cane, silk wraps or components. Slight oxidation mark on butt cap. Size 13 ferrules. Original owner's name appears on rod and tube. Buckle on tube is intact but I can't get the pin into the hole on the leather and don't want to force it for fear of breaking the leather strap. This is a classic Winston rod, a true workhorse.
