For sale here we have a very neat Ron Kusse one-piece 5' 3-4wt bamboo rod. The rod is in mintcondition. Moderately flamed cane with amber silks and burgundy and gold tipping at the blued nickel silver winding check. Swelled butt. Solid walnut grip and reel seat. Cigar shaped grip measures 5 1/2" in length. The reel seat features blued, nickel silver down-locking sliding band hardware. "Ron Kusse" "Maker" is engraved on the end cap. Rod has a fast dry-fly action for a 3 or 4 wt line. Serial number 9200. Rod weighs 2.45 oz. Rod comes with original 1 5/8" diameter tube and rod bag with Kusse hang tag. Brass tube cap has same engraving as the end cap. A very nice little rod for throwing Royal Wulffs to brookies in the tightest of willow tunnels.
