Sage 504 L Fly Reel with Three Extra Spools

A very nice Sage 504L fly reel and three spare spools. 3 1/8" diameter with a 3/4" spool width and it weighs 4.2 ounces on my scale. Serial no. 1909. This reel was made in England exclusively for Sage by Hardy. The reel is in near mint condition with only some light rubbing to the the frame edge in one spot and some mounting marks to the foot. Very clean otherwise. Two of the spare spools appear unused and the third has one tiny nick on the edge but is in near mint condition as well. Currently set up for LHW but easily reversible (the single screw nickel silver line guide can also be flipped around). Strong smooth drag with a loud outgoing click. Brown anodized throughout with light silver trim. The reel and spare spools all come in their original boxes (no suede pouch) and the reel box has its original paperwork too. A great opportunity to pick up a rare size in this modern classic model with all of the spools you'd ever need!

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt. Refunds will be either administered by providing a check or, when possible, by canceling a credit card purchase.
