A nice early Saracione Monarch Lefty Kreh Special M35 fly reel, 3.5" in diameter and set up for LHW. The reel weighs 12.3 ounces with backing loaded on it. Good used condition with cosmetic wear throughout and one dent in the frame edge in one place, but the reel is mechanically sound and ready for plenty more action. "Ser. No. 0072" stamped on the side of the foot. "Full range drag adjustment knob that tightens up the cork drag. Brushed aluminum frame with "Monarch M35/D by J. Saracione" etched into the inner part of the spool edge and "Lefty Kreh Special" etched on the spool face. Saltwater resistant. The reel comes in its original leather zipper fleece lined pouch.
