For sale here is an early San Francisco era Scott "G" Model 90-6, 9' 6wt in two-piece construction. Made in the mid 70's. The rod is in excellent+ condition. Un-sanded blank, characteristic of Scott rods. Burgundy wraps with white and gray tipping at the winding check, ferrules and tip-tops. Spigot ferrules for a more efficient transfer of energy. Hook keeper. Unique grip that is a reverse Ritz shape with a fine cork burl ring at the nose of the grip. Anodized bronze colored aluminum down-locking cap and ring reel seat over a cork spacer. The reel seat is in pristine condition showing no scuffs or scratches. Rod weighs 2.45 oz. Original bag and tube with San-Francisco label.
