For sale here is a gorgeous Thomas & Thomas "Montana" bamboo rod -- 8' 2/2 6 wt. Rod is in near mint condition, not mint because of some tarnish on the bottom of the butt cap. No other issues to disclose. This rod is ALL ORIGINAL and also does not appear to have been fished. All sections are full length and straight. T&T logo on top of female ferrule. Uplocking reel seat with engraved sliding ring. Translucent clear wraps tipped chestnut. Brilliantly crafted swelled butt section. Serial # 3614 which I think dates the rod in the late 70's or early 80's. Includes original cloth bag with stiffener and un-labeled aluminum tube.
