A small Tibor Light Spring Creek fly reel, 2 3/4" diameter and set up for LHW. Excellent lightly used condition with just a few tiny cosmetic traces of wear. Black anodized throughout. Large arbor design with a ported spool. The reel has a tension adjuster for the drag. Designed to hold #3 and #4 lines. It packs into the original green Neoprene Tibor pouch.

There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items.
