Todd Sands Standard Salmon Fly Reel - RHW New

For sale here is a Todd Sands Standard Salmon fly reel. Todd mentored for the past few years under the late Dr. Paul Hermann. Paul was extremely excited that he found an experienced machinist who had an interest and passion for fly fishing and for carrying on the historical tradition of crafting hand-made fly reels.

This Sands Standard Salmon reel utilizes the same double delrin brake shoe drag as Paul's reels did. The seven-setting adjustable drag is extremely strong at its heavier settings. The side plates are made of Delrin and the rings of highly polished 6061 grade aluminum.
