A very nice 2 7/8" Hardy Perfect with Duplicated MKII check. The agate line guide is unblemished with no cracks. Full length and unaltered smooth brass foot. The ebonite handle spins freely. The rim tensioner works perfectly throughout its spring adjustment range. No cracks or corrosion, just a little minor cosmetic wear that you'd expect from a reel of this vintage. A very nice example of this classic.

There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items.
