For sale here is a very scarce Charlton 8500 Signature Series 1.6 fly reel in near mint condition with only the slightest of handling marks. I don't think the reel has ever been lined. The reel foot shows no marks on the inside where you usually see evidence of the foot having been mounted on a rod. Carbon fiber sealed drag. Right-hand retrieve. Designed for 10-12 weight forward lines, or 30 feet of shooting head with running line plus 400 yds of 30# backing. Weight is 10.9 oz. Comes with original pouch, box and paperwork.
