For sale here is a Paul Young Perfectionist taper bamboo rod made by John Pickard. Made with pre-embargo cane from Todd Young's cane stock. 7 1/2 feet, 2/2 for a 4 or 5 weight line. Rod is in excellent plus condition with no issues to disclose. Blued hardware, cap and ring over cork reel seat. Comes with original bag and canvas-wrapped tube. This rod casts like a dream!

There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items.
