For sale here is a Leonard Mills Model 44B raised pillar fly reel, made by Julius Vom Hofe. Excellent- original condition. Catalogued as having a 2 1/4" diameter (not including the pillars) and a 1 1/16" spool width. No cracks in the hard rubber side plates. Aluminum frame and spool with no corrosion. Nickel silver foot, handle arm, pillars, and screws. Excellent fixed click operation. The perforated reel foot is full length and unmolested. The taiplate click switch works as intended. Stamped "Leonard Mills" on headplate. A very scarce wide spool Model 44B! It would polish up very nicely.
