For sale here is a brilliant example of a Julius Vom Hofe raised pillar fly reel, constructed from german silver & hard rubber. Size 1 (3 inch diameter - pillar to pillar). The reel is in excellent overall condition. No cracks in the hard rubber and no dings to the nickel silver. The foot is full length and un-filed. Mechanically the reel is in fantastic condition. Another timeless classic that needs to hang from one of your cane rods and go fishing again!
