For sale here is a very scarce Orvis Limestone Special bamboo rod - 8 1/2 feet 2/2 for a 5/6 weight line. Excellent original condition. One of the tips has a inch-long clear wrap over a hook dig. Made in 1975, this rod weighs 4 1/2 oz and has size 14/64 ferrules with an excellent fit. This is a very popular Orvis taper and very authoritative caster with big flies. Original bag and fully-labeled tube.
