For sale here is a scarce Payne Model 204L bamboo rod -- 8'6 3/2 4wt weighing 4 1/4 oz. Rod is in excellent original condition. All sections are full length and straight. Oxidized cap and ring over a gorgeous and un-marred spanish cedar insert. Chestnut brown thread wraps with black trim and maroon edges at the hook keeper and male ferrules. Ferrules are size 15/64 and 9/64. Includes original bag and tube. The action of the rod is medium, full-flexing and silky smooth!
