For sale here is a Brackett-era Winston Rod Co. bamboo rod - 8', 2/2 for a 5 weight line. Serial #2342. 4 oz. scripted and 4 1/4 oz. actual weight. Size 14/64 ferrules. All sections are full length and straight. Excellent++ condition overall. This is a great all-around 5wt rod that will excel in all fishing conditions, except maybe throwing small flies into a hailstorm. Comes with original Winston bag and personalized leather tube.

There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items.
