A nice Ted Godfrey "Godfrey Brown Trout" 305 Classic model fly reel, 3" in diameter and set up for LHW. The spool width is approximately 13/16" and the reel weighs 5.4 ounces on my scale. Designed to hold a WF5 line and 50 yds of backing. Near mint condition with just a few small traces of light cosmetic wear. S-handle design nickel silver rims and polished black sideplates. The click and pawl drag is adjusted via a 5 detent lever on the backplate, which also sports the Godfrey nameplate with the reel specs on it. Ebonite handle and nickel silver counterbalance. Aluminum foot. The reel comes in a handsome original white leather drawstring pouch which has the original paperwork tucked inside (including the serial number 2102 and a purchase date of June 2021).
