An excellent Thomas and Thomas Cahill fly rod, serial #4689, 7'6" 2-piece, 2-tip for a #5 line. This rod feels like a very nice medium to medium-fast dry fly action - a good casting rod. Flamed brown with darker mottling throughout. Impregnated blank with matte finish, garnet red wraps which are black at the ferrules. Oxidized super Z style ferrules. Western style grip. "Thomas & Thomas Makers" stamped on great-looking nickel-silver uplocking screwlock hardware. Mortised wood spacer. Mint, uncast, straight as the day it came out of the shop. Tan poplin sock with T&T tag and bag stiffener. Brushed aluminum tube with nicely styled brass collar and top.

There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt.
