Aroner 7'6" 3/2 #4 Hunt Pattern

A beautiful mint, uncast Hunt Pattern from a run of rods I made in the early-to-mid 1990's. This model is a medium dry fly action, a great all around taper that will cover most kinds of trout fishing. The grip is a slim cigar with standard swiss ferrules and the rod has my "may rose" wraps. The varnish is glass-perfect. The reelseat is my standard oxodized cap and ring with a burl walnut spacer. The rod is a great trout taper in mint condition that should cover all but the largest water. About the only downside I can think of is that this rod has no ferrule plugs since it predates when I started to supply them, though I will happily make a pair to fit for an extra $50.
Lastly, this rod comes to me from a friend who suffered severe losses during the recent flooding in Vermont. We have reduced our fees in order to help him get back on his feet (due to this factor we also expect paypal fees to be covered by purchaser, for those who wish to pay via the service). On his behalf we have also priced it to move quickly, as current retail is well above the listed price. Comes with standard poplin bag and high-strength aluminum tube with brass, screw-top hardware.

Shipping Information
- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

Other Terms
- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt. Refunds will be either administered by providing a check or, when possible, by canceling a credit card purchase.
