For sale here is a beautiful Marc Aroner 7' 3/2 4wt Hunt Pattern DF bamboo rod.
Moderately tempered cane with transparent crimson wraps and rust tipping. Black tipping at the winding check, male ferrules, and one of the tip-tops. Blued hardware throughout. Handsome swelled butt with a fine knurled nickel silver winding check. Classic cigar grip measuring 5 1/4" in length with only the slightest of soiling. Blued nickel silver cap and ring reel seat over a mortised walnut spacer. The truncated Swiss-style ferrules have a perfect fit, smooth and snug and includes fine brass ferrule plugs. The rod weighs 3.45 oz. The rod has a swift and authoritative medium-fast dry-fly action thanks in part to the swelled butt. The rod is capable of considerable accuracy and finesse.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.

- Unless otherwise noted, all items come with a 3-day inspection period during which they can be returned to us for a full refund (provided that they are in the same condition in which they left our shop). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned, we will issue a refund within 10 days upon receipt.
