In the world of bamboo fly rods, the Granger tapers need no introduction. This is the 7633 from the Goodwin Granger era which I find to be a tad bit slower than the Wright McGill taper. It throws a sexy 4 wt. loop with a dry fly. I kept the coke bottle grip and winding check similar to the original rod.
