A superb Bogdan 00 salmon reel 3 1/4" diameter and set up for LHW. This 00 was one of Stan's lighter models, designated to hold a #7 line for grilse or large sea trout. It weighs 9.9 ounces on my scale. Mint unused condition, this reel is still in the plastic that Stan often wrapped these reels in before putting it in the bag, and there is still a little Bogdan shop oil inside. Silver anodized frame and spool with black sideplates and clear anodized crank, foot, oil port cover, poacher's knob, and Bogdan nameplate. 2:1 multiplying retrieve. As noted, the reel packs into a suede leather drawstring bag. If you are looking for an excellent light salmon reel for single handed rods it would be hard to do better than this, and finding them in true mint condition in LHW is rare indeed!
