A nice Bogdan model 150 salmon reel, set up for RHW. 3 1/2" diameter with a 1 3/8" spool width. Near mint condition bordering on true mint. There are two very faint mounting marks on one end of the foot and a few tiny rubbings on the backplate (they may be from handling) but I could find no meaningful signs of use. I suspect the reel was mounted on a rod but fished a time or two at most. The sideplates are anodized black and the frame, spool, crank, foot, oil port cover, poacher's knob, and Bogdan nameplate are all clear anodized aluminum. The reel has a catalog weight of 12 ounces, and was built to hold a #10 line with 175 yds of #20 backing. 2:1 multiplier retrieve and the vaunted Bogdan drag design. "150" is stamped into the underside of the foot. The reel packs into a tan suede drawstring bag. A great model here for smaller two-handed rods, one of the most versatile for salmon and steelhead anglers looking for the ultimate light spey setup.

- We ship at cost to the buyer and in the majority of cases do so via UPS with full insurance and signature. There are cheaper options but our experience has been that you get what you pay for and that it's not worth taking risks when shipping what are often one-of-a-kind items. Your shipping estimate will be calculated at checkout and if you have any questions please contact us. Please note the buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties or fees that may levied. Due to the importance of packing items carefully please allow up to two weeks for arrival (depending on how busy we are) though we certainly do our best to get items to you as expeditiously as possible.
